Identity design and advertising concept for Planned Parenthood, devised during my time at Kendall College of Art & Design. The goal of this project was to destigmatize and reposition the brand in the public eye. The concept highlights the many functions and services Planned Parenthood provides and makes accessible to people of all incomes, beyond termination services.
I was inspired by how the first two letters of the brand name resemble quotation marks when placed side by side. Conversation is a powerful tool for sparking change—and historically, one of the few tools available to women. This idea is represented and celebrated in the branding concept, which encourages open and honest discussion around women’s healthcare.
